Terms of Service

1. Scope
These Terms of Service set out the conditions for using Wablo (the Service). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. These Terms apply to all relationships arising from use of the Service.
2. Registration
Using the Service requires signing in with an Apple ID. You register through Sign in with Apple. If registration information is false or misleading, the operator may restrict or suspend your use of the Service.
3. Prohibited Conduct
You must not do any of the following when using the Service: 1. Violate laws, regulations, or public order and morals 2. Engage in conduct related to criminal activity 3. Send doodles that harass, defame, or threaten other users 4. Send obscene, violent, or discriminatory doodles 5. Place an excessive load on the Service's servers or networks 6. Interfere with operation of the Service 7. Collect or store personal information of other users 8. Gain or attempt unauthorized access 9. Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service 10. Use the Service for commercial purposes without permission from the operator 11. Any other conduct the operator determines to be inappropriate
4. Use Restrictions
If you violate these Terms, or if the operator determines it is necessary, the operator may restrict all or part of your use of the Service or delete your registration without prior notice. The operator is not liable for any damage caused by actions taken under this section.
5. Disclaimer
The operator makes no express or implied warranty that the Service is free from factual or legal defects, including defects related to safety, reliability, accuracy, completeness, effectiveness, fitness for a particular purpose, security, errors, bugs, or infringement of rights. Except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence by the operator, the operator is not liable for damages arising from the Service. The operator is not responsible for the content of doodles sent or received through the Service.
6. Changes to the Service
The operator may change the content of the Service or discontinue providing the Service without notifying users. The operator is not liable for any damage caused by those changes or discontinuation.
7. Changes to These Terms
The operator may change these Terms at any time without notifying users when the operator determines it is necessary. Updated Terms take effect when posted on the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. If a dispute arises in relation to the Service, the Tokyo District Court has exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance.
